Skinny Skinny Exercises By: Jonathan Bille |

There are a lot of reasons people choose to exercise and there are just as many different exercises to choose from when deciding on an exercise routine. But let’s face it, the number one reason people choose to exercise is because they want to look great, and of all the exercises to do there are three in particular that stand out as the clear favorites for those looking to drop weight and to tighten up the body.
Spinning is an aerobic exercise that is done on a stationary bicycle and is the clear first choice for those looking for dramatic weight loss results. Spinning involves pedaling the bike to music as an instructor talks you through the routine. During the routine the resistance is changed on the pedals to simulate going up hill and riding on level surfaces. Throughout the routine the pace varies sometimes pedaling slow and sometimes pedaling as fast as possible, sometimes sitting sometimes from a standing position. Why spinning is so popular is because it burns some serious calories, about 450 in 45 minutes.
Jogging is perhaps the best known exercise and a very popular choice for individuals with a large variety of fitness goals, but regardless of the goal, jogging is still one of the best exercises for those who want to be sleek and sexy. There has been a lot of discussion about jogging and weather it is more effective than just walking. A new study suggests that jogging one mile will burn 30 percent more fat than walking one mile. Weather you jog outside or if you choose to use a treadmill, jogging is an awesome weight shedding exercise.
Jumping rope may be thought of as a game played by children but this hopping exercise isn’t just a good time for the kids, it’s a fat burning wonder. Jumping rope can burn up to 700 calories per hour when done at maximum intensity. The only issue is that jumping rope can be very jarring on the knees similar to the worries with jogging, but with special care and attention, jumping rope can do wonders helping to drop the unwanted weight.
As with an exercises you should know your limitations and consult a physician if you have any existing medical conditions, but when looking for exercises that get results you need to look at all three of these weight loss wonders.
