A spokesperson for Winehouse told Britain's "Daily Mail" the singer was defending herself when someone grabbed her trademark beehive hairdo. Winehouse has been having a rough year, with allegations of drug use and her father saying she's been diagnosed with emphysema. The "Daily Mail" reports she returned to a central London hospital in the small hours of the morning after the incident to continue treatment for emphysema.
