Dr. Pepper On Ice
Soft drink manufacturer Dr. Pepper is preparing to make good on their offer earlier this year to provide a free can to everyone in America if Guns N' Roses releases "Chinese Democracy" during the 2008 calendar year. Dr. Pepper VP of marketing Tony Jacobs tells Billboard.com, quote, "We're waiting to hear about 'Chinese Democracy' just like all the other GNR fans. If the rumors are true, we're putting Dr. Pepper on ice." The album supposedly has a November 23rd release date.
