Former Marilyn Manson Bassist Passes
There is sad news to report from the music world. Former Marilyn Manson bassist Brad "Gidget Gein" Stewart was found dead at a friend's house in Burbank, California October 9th. The 39-year-old musician was in the band from 1989 to 1993 before being fired and replaced by Twiggy Ramirez. After Marilyn Manson, Stewart formed Gidget Gein And The Dali Gaggers and Gollywood. Genitorturers singer Gen said of the bassist in a posting, quote, "Gidget was a witty, inspiring individual and a creative artistic soul with a uniquely twisted sense of humor that always succeeded in making us laugh and smile. We have only fond memories of our 16 plus years of knowing him and will definitely miss him greatly." |
