Janet Jackson Cancels Show In Connecticut
It was another concert no-show for Janet Jackson Saturday night as the singer continues to recover from an undisclosed illness. Citing a rep for the pop star on Friday, "Access Hollywood" said Jackson was forced to cancel Saturday's show in Uncasville, Connecticut despite previous reports that said she would resume the tour that night after six previous concert cancellations. The rep said doctors advised the 42-year-old entertainer to take another day to recover from her mysterious ailment. Jackson is, however, expected to perform Monday at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, New York. The Uncasville show will reportedly be rescheduled, and tickets for the original date will be honored on the concert's new night. Jackson has now missed a total of seven shows on her "Rock Witchu" tour since falling ill during a soundcheck before a show in Montreal on September 29th. |
