Little Big Town Celebrating Birthdays On The Road
Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman is the band baker, and with three of the group's four members having birthdays in the fall, this is typically a busy time in the kitchen for the singer. But these days the quartet is on the road, which has put a kink in her routine. But Karen Fairchild and Jimi Westbrook, two of the birthday band members, note that Schlapman's off the hook this year, and they'll come up with alternative arrangements.
Fairchild's 41st birthday was on September 28th, while Westbrook will turn 38 next Monday. Wednesday is Schlapman's birthday -- she's turning 39. Little Big Town saw the re-release of their CD "A Place to Land" land in stores Tuesday. The group is on tour with Carrie Underwood. Schlapman and her band mates will be celebrating her big day with a performance in Boston. |
